Norton Manor Estate

Norton, Presteigne, Powys. LD8 2EG

If you love peace and quiet and plenty of space, Norton Manor Estate is for you. Set in the grounds of the old manor, the park is ideal for those wanting to get closer to nature. The park is approached up a long private driveway through open country fields. The estate also owns vast woodlands know as Impton Wood, where there are wildlife and private walks for the residents.

Going back to 1848 Baron Greenprice owned the estate, he brought in to it trees from all over the world. You can see red cedars, Japanese maples, yew and a very old evergreen oak tree. The estate is situated just inside the Welsh border among hills and countryside.

Norton Manor Estate is unique as the informality of the layout of the homes enjoy spectacular views across open countryside. The opportunity for large homes and large plots is a haven for all garden lovers.

Residents Comments

Colin & Christine Billingham:
Paradise Norton Manor Park. A peaceful place, a lake to sit by in the summer evenings. Acres of private natural woodland to stroll around. Watch the deer, see the badgers, foxes, buzzards and many species of birds.
Set in mid Wales only 60 miles from the Welsh coast. Norton Manor Park is only 2 miles from Presteigne, voted the second best town to live in (2006). The park is approached down a 1 mile private road from the village of Norton. The whole area is surrounded by unspoiled natural beauty and zero crime levels.

Ken & Maureen Canton:
We have lived on Norton Manor Park for 10 years and never regretted our decision to move here. Jason has always been fair with us, he did a lot of work on our home and we were more than satisfied. We will never go back to town life, we would miss all our beautiful views, this park is unique in it's layout and also Presteigne is a lovely place to live.

Anita Young:
The Countryside views and walks are wonderful and are always changing with the seasons. The neighbours are very friendly and always there to help you if you need them. There is no crime on the Park so I feel very safe and secure. Whilst I love children, its peaceful on the site without them and lovely when they visit. The local shops sell local produce, meat vegetables etc. and last but not least there are no stairs to climb.

Dave & Denise Weston:
A few things we love about Norton Manor Park, A friendly park with a relaxed atmosphere, the unique layout of the homes makes it so different from all the other park home sites giving each plot its own individuality.
